An occurrence on the west side of Townsend Butte, 1 mile east of Turkey Creek Station.
Mineralization is a heavy lens of quartzite at the eastern foot of the butte adjoined by a belt 200 feet wide in which the schists are extremely rich in magnetite & hematite.
