Possible relation to rustenburgite (a variety of?) and 'UM1970-13-E:PdPtSn' (and 'UM1970-12-E:PdPtSn' and 'UM1970-11-E:PdPtSn').

Associated with Unnamed (Pd-Pt-Ni-Sb-Sn intermetallide) in a Cu-Ni deposit within two-pyroxene peridotite in China.

Possibly a variety of unnamed mineral S of Cabri (1972).
