In uraninite-bearing shale and adjacent dolomite of the Lubin and Polkowice mines, within Zechstein Cu deposits of the Fore-Sudetic Monocline, Poland.
Rarely over 15 microns in size, intergrown with NiAs2 and gold. No equivalent Pd mineral or synthetic compound known.
