In uraninite-bearing shale and adjacent dolomite of the Lubin and Polkowice mines, within Zechstein Cu deposits of the Fore-Sudetic Monocline, Poland.
As tabular grains, up to 20 x 25 microns. Synthetic analogue not known (at the time of publication(s)).
One of a few Pd-As minerals known; other ones from the above deposits include 'UM1984-05-As:Pd' (the most common one), 'Unnamed (Pd Arsenide)', 'Unnamed (Pd Arsenide II)', 'UM1975-06-As:Pd', 'UM1984-01-As:AgAuCuNiPdS', and 'UM1984-07-As:Pd'.
