Located 3.5 kilometres north north-east of the Copper Hills Mine.
Hosted in a 1-2 metre wide siliceous shear zone, containing lenses and veins of hydrothermal quartz, and 5-20 cms thick zones of chryscolla and malachite. The shear dips 80-85 degrees east, at or near the contact with siliceous epidoritized pillowed metabasalt to the east, and metaphyllite agglomerate to the west. Mineralisation of chalcocite and chalcopyrite is found 10 metres below the surface.
When inspected in the mid 1970's, the site contained a collapsed stope 9 metres long by 1.5 metres wide. The site had produced 151.88 tonnes of cupreous ore grading at 17.34% Cu.
