A former siderite mine located 8.7 km N of Turnau at approx. N47.63569 E15.32812. This occurrence was operated jointly with the mine on the Feistereck.
The ore (like the ore from Feistereck, Eibelkogel and Greithgraben) was shipped to the furnace in Greith (3.1 km SSE of the mine). The furnace in Greith was in operation from the 14th century, with interruptions, until the end of the 19th century. The furnace was finally demolished in 1960.
