Located approximately 35 kilometres north of the Mount Stuart pastoral station homestead, bordering the west side of the Mount Stuart-Red Hill Road. Copper lode in dolomite limestone covered by quartzite and silaceous sandstone. There are three quartz veins, totalling a length of 1400 feet. Historically one shaft and a small open cut was on the site. Three feet of one of the quartz veins contains disseminated malachite. The quartz traverses parallel to the strike of the host rock, is honey combed, 2 feet 6 inches wide, containing also chalcopyrite. Much of the ore has leached out. Valued at 11.50% average Cu. The limestone walls are impregnated with secondary copper colouration.
