"(From Saint-Sauveur-sur-Tinée). West on the D565 [currently the M2565] from Saint-Martin-Vésubie. North on the GR52 hiking trail towards the Col Ferrière one encounters old searches with hematite, limonite, pyrite, and quartz. Close to the chapel of the hamlet of La Trinité, a road leads to near old workings with hematite, limonite, and quartz (sometimes with inclusions) after about a 10-minute hike." [Belot, 1978]
