Iron Meteorite with silicate inclusions found in 1987.
Classification IAB-ungrouped, 18 kg

Caddo County's gabbroic material, rich in plagioclase and augite, present a different variety of basaltic material than those typical of the howardite-eucrite-diogenite (HED) group which guides so much meteoritical thinking.
