A Cu-Pb-Ag mine located 1 mile NE of the Palmetto Mine, at an elevation of about 4,400 feet. It was located in 1879 by William Keegan and partners and was worked until 1888.
It is reportedly on a north-south quartz vein in quartz monzonite. Ore minerals are sulphides.
