An Fe-Cr-Ti occurrence located in sec. 29, T11S, R1E, MDM, 2.5 km (1.6 miles) SE of Rio Del Mar, along the shore of Monterey Bay in the vicinity of the mouth of Bush Gulch. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is magnetite (and ilmenite ?) in black beach sand. Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
