A former lode Au occurrence/mine located in the E¼ (sic) secs. 33 & in the SW¼ 34, T12N, R9E, MDM, 4.5 km (2.8 miles) ENE of Pilot Hill, on the western ridge of Greenwood Creek (4½ miles NW of Coloma). The property comprises 20.62 acres. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

NOTE: USGS MRDS file #10029829 states that there is "no evidence of Au;" however, MRDS file #10006854 states that this locality is a "prior producer."

Mineralization is a vein deposit. Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains) and/or Mesozoic gabbroic rocks, unit 2 (undivided). No evidence of Au.
