A lime deposit/prospect located in the SE¼ sec. 22 and in the SW¼ sec. 23, T3S, R3E, SBM, 15.0 km (9.3 miles) WNW of Palm Springs (city center), about 2.8 km W of Windy Point (cape), within the city limits in the NW most part of the city (1.5 miles S of Whitewater), on private (patented) land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Deposit is lenticular marble deposits between granite walls. Associated rocks include granite. The ore body is 33.53 meters wide. Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks undivided.

Workings include unspecified underground openings. Deposit drilled to determine grade and the project was abandoned.
