An iron mine working the Negaunee Iron-formation (Bijiki Iron Formation), located west of Michigamme. Like other mines working the Negaunee in the Michigamme area, the dumps of this mine produce large, well-formed chlorite pseudomorphs after garnet, and sprays of bluish and greenish grunerite in hematite schist.
