Today on the top of Gypsum Mount (Cisowa Mount) there is a Nature Reserve with the same name as the mountain. There are several rare species of plants and animals. The reserve is often visited by naturalists and botanists.

Gypsum druses few metres in diameter were reported in the XIX century.
