A surface and underground Mica-Ta-Nb-U-Th mine located about 20 miles SW of Prescott.

Mineralization is a deposit in a lenticular mass of quartz-feldspar pegmatite in coarse-grained granite. The pegmatite strikes about N.40ºE. & dips from 70ºNW to nearly vertical. The outcrop is about 300 feet long & 150 feet wide.

Workings include a 20 foot deep shaft and several open cuts.
