A former V-U occurrence/mine located in approximate sec. 20, T41N, R19E, G&SRM, 6.8 km (4.2 miles) NE of Boot Mesa (coordinates of record).
Mineralization is an U-V deposit hosted in Late Triassic sandstone of the Shinarump Member of the Chinle Formation. The ore body is comprised of lenticular ore pods in a paleostream channel, usually with carbonaceous debris. Local rocks include Quaternary surficial deposits, undivided.
Workings include drilling.
