A former lode Au occurrence/mine located in the S½SE¼ sec. 21, T15N, R11E, MDM, about 5.5 km NNE of Huighes Mill, on private land within a National Forest area, along the N side of Pagge Creek & S of Forbes Creek, on private land within a National Forest area. Owned by the Nevada-Pacific Exploration Company (1912 to 1919). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in serpentinite. The ore body strikes NW and dips 60NE. 2 veins were claimed to exist, but most ore is in talc zones in serpentine. Local rocks include Tertiary pyroclastic and volcanic mudflow deposits, unit 9 (Cascade Range).

Workings include underground openings with a length of 146.3 meters and an overall depth of 91.44 meters and comprised of an incline, drifts & stopes.
