Fosso della Legarella is a right tributary of Fosso Eri di Santa Severa, located to the east of Monte Grande.

Here, Quintino Sella (1877) reported the finding of an erratic, consisting of calcareous sandstone hosting calcite veins, in which red crystalline realgar and yellow mammillary orpiment were identified. This is the first report of realgar and orpiment for Lazio.

Note: the approximate coordinates of the area have been conventionally placed in the middle valley of Fosso della Legarella.
