A small condominium development was constructed along Garret Street during the period 2007-2009, about 500 feet NE of the Upper New Street Quarry. Rock was removed during the construction. Mineralization was rather sparse, occurring in small vesicles, quite unlike the large pockets of the nearby New Street Quarries. However, an interesting occurrence of chrysocolla was noted as thin coatings and small masses in some vesicles.
