Seems to be the Rb (rubidium) analogue of polylithionite. fluorophlogopite. Co-described with sokolovaite, Cs-dominant micas - UM2003-27-SiO:AlCsFFeHLi and UM2003-28-SiO:AlCsFFeHMg - and another rubidium-dominant mica, UM2003-31-SiO:AlHLiRb.

Chemically very similar to another Rb-Li-mica, voloshinite.
