In the beginning of the 1930s there were 11 feldspar quarries at the land of the Mølland farm. These were named by Bjørlykke (1934) Mølland 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, respectively.
Especially known from this area is museum specimens of monazite and aeschynite-(Y).
