Svartevattnet is a small circular lake (and name of a claim) just 1 km SE of a bigger lake called Öresjö west of Trollhättan city.
Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Fe-quartz breccia.
Has in principle same chemistry as the former Harnäs Au mine was but not that rich. Consists of small veins of galena, chalcopyrite, pyrite, minor molybdenite. Host is a 30 x 500 m quartz vein dipping 65 degrees to East. Occationally, native gold specks and matildite are found. The material contains traces of Te. Average veins have Au = 0.2 g/t Ag = 20 g/t, Cu = 0.22%, Pb = 0.14% and Mo 100 g/t.
