Limestone quarry, located on the western slope of Kurtzetxikimendi mountain, east of Mondragon, nearly in the village. Over their exploitation, completed in 2009, were found large and nice crystals of calcite. The most characteristic consist of two twinned calcite crystals, up to 8 cm long, and some other morphologies in smaller sizes. Also appeared some fluorite cubes, violet to bluish, in pale colors.
