A Au-Ag mine located on the Belmont claim about 1,500 feet NE of the Belmont Mine and 4 miles SE of Superior.

Mineralization is limestones of carboniferous age that strike NNW-ward and dip about 30ºE. The principal oreshoots plunge steeply northward along bedding of the limestone. Largest orebody mined was about 70 feet long by 15 feet wide. All are very lenticular in form. Ore consists of fine-grained, vuggy, grayish to greenish-yellow quartz together with limonite, hematite and a little wulfenite.

Workings include a 70 foot incline, 70 feet of drifts and an 87 foot inclined winze.
