Comments:Occurs sparingly in hypogene ores as microscopic intergrowths with bornite. Verified by XRD and incident light microscopy (Mindat Photo ID 1117940). See also Short et al. (1943) for petrographic description and occurrences of stromeyerite at Magma (p. 101) and black and white photomicrographs (Plate XXII A and B, p. 123).
