MRDS database Dep. ID file #10039862, MRDS ID #M050970.

A Zn-Pb-Cu occurrence/prospect with surface workings located in sec. 31, T13S, R12E. This location is part of the Rizona Consolidated Mine group. See crib record-M001019 for general group production and information.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with the ore zone striking N70W and dip 30N, hosted in arkose. An associated rock unit is plutonic igneous rock.

Local structures include a fracture zone.

Layers of calcite plus limonite are locally at the margins of veinlets. Galena is present and is partly oxidized. Sphalerite ranges in colour from black to green, and forms globs to several cm. Cu silicates and probable chalcopyrite are minor. No vein material observed in situ.

Workings include a low knoll completely surrounded by pits and trenches.
