Abstract/NotesStalactite-like structures, where sulphides are associated with carbonates have been observed in mines in Laurium.
The description of such structures leads us to the hypothesis of low temperature formation from solutions flowing over karst cavities. Investigation of the paragenetic sequence allows certain environmental variations to be defined more precisely.
