Note on the mineral list: The "balkanite" could be danielsite, considering its probable conditions of formation and its association with stromeyerite.

Concerns the Lower Proterozoic Sakukan Formation: metasandstones with REE (including Th) mineralization.

The Unkur deposit is characterized by low Cu (0.75 wt.%) content but, at the same time, by high silver content (70 ppm; 5 times higher than in the Udokan deposit). It consists of two ore horizons located mostly in the fine-grained sandstone with hematite, magnetite, and ilmenite.
