Gneisses, with relic cordierite-bearing hornfelses, within a Bóbr river gorge with mica laminae and plagioclases bearing tiny grains of corundum. The mineral also occurs in schistose amphibolites (prehnite-bearing) W to the site. Strongly chloritized garnets occur in the local gneisses.

Also:
- granite-gneisses
- metabasite veins (at the Wieżyca hill foot, right bank of the Bóbr river) with epidote; veinous diabases from Borowy Jar have plagioclases with supposedly colourless garnet-group mineral inclusions
- limestone seams with galena
- graphitic schists (former mining likely)
- alluvials of two tributaries of Bóbr (incl. that of the Wądół valley): ilmenite, cassiterite, topaz, hematite, garnets, apatite, sulfides, and gold

Minerals in amphibolites (some also mentioned as occuring in metadiabases, or greenstones): hornblende, chlorite group (aggregates to 5 cm), chalcopyrite, pyrite, pentlandite, pyrrhotite, Ti-magnetite, siderite, calcite, adular, scolecite, prehnite. This refers to an old quarry in the N slope of Mt. Lipnik.
