Name:
Named in honor of Karl Fredrik Theodor Nordström (31 August 1843, Helsinki, Finland - 30 June 1920, Stockholm Co. Sweden), mining engineer who first studied the sulfosalts from Falun. He worked at the Geological Survey of Sweden, taught at the Stockholm Institute of Technology, and later was governor of Örebro County.
