A former Mn occurrence/mine located in the NW¼NW¼NW¼ sec. 36, T12N, R14W, G&SRM, 7 miles NW of Alamo, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by Arizona Manganese Corporation (1958). Operated by RLD Manganese Corporation, California
(1958). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is veinlets, seams and irregular masses of Mn ore and occurs in the more vesicular, scoriaceous basalt. Associated rocks include Holocene-Pliocene basalt. Local rocks include Late to middle Miocene basaltic rocks.

Workings include surface openings with an overall length of 121.92 meters and an overall width of 30.48 meters.

Production statistics: 1954 (concentrate) (estimated): ^22.6% Mn.
