Formula:
(Ca,Ce)Sc(Ti,V,Fe,Al)20O38
The first Sc-dominant member of the group. Chemically somewhat resembles panguite, but may represent a unique combination of elements.

Relatively common; as ~subhedral, tabular crystals <100 μm; with goldmanite, coulsonite, and other (Ti-Cr)-V-rich minerals.

EPMA data [wt.%], 1 of 5 analyses:

TiO2 60.40
Al2O3 2.18
Sc2O3 3.52
Cr2O3 1.50
V2O3 20.35
Fe2O3 6.47
MnO 0.60
MgO 0.41
CaO 2.56
Ce2O3 0.47
Na2O 0.03

total 98.49

This corresponds to (Ca0.77Ce0.05Na0.02)Σ0.84Sc0.86(Ti12.78V4.9Fe3+1.52Al0.72Cr0.33Mg0.17Mn0.14)Σ20.25O38.

Most likely belongs to the crichtonite group.
