Třebíč - Kostelíček (or U Kostelíčka) is local collector's name of abandoned quarry on the hill of Strážná hora on the southwestern outskirts of the town of Třebíč. The word "Kostelíček" means little church, there is baroque chapel on the top of the hill.
Leucocratic migmatite (previously considered to be leucocratic granite or aplite) was exploited in the quarry. This rock contains great almandine grains rimmed by sillimanite. Grains of purple to almost black fluorite, black tourmaline and crystals of quartz and smoky quartz have been also collected.
The same minerals were found when railroad (1885), stadium of Sokol sports organization (1926-1932) and water tower (1937) were being built.
