A fluorspar mine formerly operated by the Ozark-Mahoning Company. It was active in the 1960s and the 1970s. On topographic maps, this mine is referred to as “The Oxford Mine”.

A paper by Denny et al. (2013) stated that an ore body called the Davis - Oxford ore body connected this mine with the Davis workings (Perry, 1973). This information is incorrect, as the mine that Perry (1973) referred to in his paper was the nearby M.F. Oxford No. 7 or the Mahoning No. 7 Mine.

This mine was also studied by E.A. Brecke (1962), who postulated that “…the V-shaped structure over the ore zone was a result of volume reduction or the replacement of limestone by fluorite” (Brecke, 1962, Denny et al., 2013).
