A former lead mine which was active during the late 19th century (closed in 1905). Two adits were dug to operate some narrow vein on the left bank of the Loire River, 500 m north from the Pierre Plate hamlet. Flooded since 1984 (because of the Villerest dam), they are only visible when the water level is low...
