Locality: 7.5 km north of Range Homestead.
Three parallel lodes, consisting largely of chalcedony, containing pyrite, pyrrhotite, galena, chalcopyrite, with minor cuprite. The oxidised zone contains cerussite, malachite, and azurite.
The deposits are hosted by quartz-chlorite shear zone, showing silicified stockwork, in quartzofeldspathic gneiss/schist, close to adamellite. The shear dips steeply south-east, 210 metres long by up to 50 metres wide.
To the north-east is the second lode, containing a shaft 8.2 metres deep. The third is a less well defined lode to the north. Quartz and quartz-chlorite-sulphide bands alternate in the shear zones.
Mined in 1962 producing 45.86 tonnes of ore at 4.43% Cu.
