Related to renierite by replacing half of Ge by As, with charge balance maintained by coupled substitution Zn+Ge = Cu+As.
(Should probably be considered an end-member itself rather than a variety of renierite, since no further substitution is possible; indeed, there is a corresponding unnamed species: 'UM1986-36-S:AsCuFeGe'.)
