A small overgrown quarry is found 500 metres west of the main road to Bluff, and 200 metres south of Omaui Road. The quarry is dug into a very low hill. The condition of the quarry would indicate it has not been used for many decades at least. No information could be found other than a list of species obtained from the site in the early 1970's by collectors.
