Otisaare Quarry, also named Kalana quarry after the neighbouring hamlet, is a limestone quarry in which a small 1-m-wide, 15-m-long, and 1.5–2m-high cave is located.
The coordinates of the cave are 58.7198056° N, 26.0357472° E.
Calcite crystals in dolomitized limestone cave walls have diverse shapes (equant-blocky, bladed and fibrous), but most of the cave walls and speleothems are covered with an up to 10 cm thick crust of microcrystalline botryoidal calcite. Sulphur-bearing minerals, such as pyrite and abundant baryte, are associated with calcite in speleothems.
