Syenite in the quarry of Przedborowa form a 100m thick 'seam-like' vein, crossing the Góry Sowie gneisses. These rocks are commonly treated as syenite but also as quartz monzodiorite or granodiorite. Their components are whitish feldspars, dark green hornblende, dark brown biotite and in minor amounts of grayish quartz. The structure of the rock is fine-grained,
The exploitation in the pre-war years was carried out by the well-known German company W. Thust Gross Kumendorf.
