Ref.: Dept. of Interior Bureau of Mines Rpt of Investigation (ROI) #6885 (1967), Williams, R.L. This prospect is located at the SW end of Marble Mtn about 1.4 miles North of Phillipsburg. The mineralization is at a contact and the host rocks are Precambrian marble and gneiss. Workings are 4 small trenches (20 feet x 5 feet x 3 feet deep).
