Ancient lead mine, abandoned in 1914.
Quartz veins with lead ores in Lower Devonian slates.

Located in the forest southwest of Altweilnau, about 300 m NW of the Wolfsküppel hill (545 m asl). Locally also known as "Hexentisch".
