A Baryte-Pb-Fluorspar occurrence/prospect with surface and underground workings located in sec. 34, T11S, R8E.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body 3.05 meters thick, striking N15-20E and dipping 80W, hosted in quartz latite. Light pyrite is disseminated in quartz latite. Ore control was a fault. This prospect is on the same structure that prospect Vhne-138n is located on.

Workings include several prospect pits, 2 shafts and several houses.
