An occurrence located in the SE¼SE¼SW¼ sec. 8, T3S, R26E, MDM, about 0.1 miles (100 yards - 95 meters) NE of Shadow Lake.

NOTE: Coordinates provided are approximate to the center of sec. 8.

Mineralization is hosted in metavolcanic rocks and sericite schist.
