Extensive series of basic lava flows and dikes, c.60 km NE of Ankara (Çapan 1984) with some rocks containing abundant euhedral phenocrysts of analcime (Varol 2013).
Age is probably Maastrichtian based on fossil evidence from associated sedimentary rocks (Varol 2013).
