Quarry in the scoria cone of an ancient volcano. Leucite-nephelinite lavas, lapilli tuffs, agglutinates and lava dykes.

Located 1 km north of Oberstadtfeld and about 5 km WSW of Daun.

NOTE: Not to be confused with the Nerother Kopf locality, which is located east of Neroth.
