The old Ravenna Mine was worked from 1911 through 1917 by the Hollister Mining Co. and then the Hanna Iron Ore Co. The workings included two shafts placed near the center of SE Sec. 19. The original Ravenna property was the W1/2-SE Sec. 19 T43N-R32W. The property was later expanded and combined with the Prickett.
SHAFT #2 IS POINT OF REFERENCE; SHAFT #1 IS APPROX 125 M TO THE NORTH.
