Stratiform lead-zinc-fluor ores on dolomitic marbles, dolomites and minor pelitic lenses (calcoschist). Mining was mainly developed in middle XIX century and early XX, working lead and mixed zinc ores called in miners lexicon "calaminas". There is also some suggestions about previous roman mining works (small adits and trenches) which were interested in lead ores as per the existente of ancient testimonials heritage; mainly old cobbly-stone pavement downstrean the ravine, and a melting furnace.
