Ni-Cu prospect within the Cortegana Igneous Complex.
It is situated close to the border between the Ossa–Morena Zone and the South Portuguese Zone of the Iberian Massif.

The Tejadillas prospect consists of a poorly exposed, tabular-shaped body of roughly 1.4 km long and 0.7 km wide. The sulfide mineralization mostly occurs in harzburgite and gabbronorite-norite.
